Presentation with a lead form
Add a form to a slide and requests land in your inbox and dashboard. Viewers don't download anything or sign up anywhere.
Turn your phone for full screen
This is a real slide with a form. Requests from here go nowhere.
How it works
- 01
Add a form
Tick a box when creating and the form goes on the last slide — or add it as a block to any slide in the editor.
- 02
Publish
The form takes requests on the published page — in slides and on the website, on desktop and phone.
- 03
Get leads
An email for every request, a list in your dashboard and a CSV export.

Which plan includes forms?
From the Base plan. Requests collected earlier stay available on any plan.
Can the form work on the website version?
Yes. The form takes requests both in slides and on the website.
