This page explains how to cancel a subscription and how refunds work. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Payments go through Stripe’s merchant of record service: subscriptions and credit packs are sold to you by Link (Sold through Link, LLC), part of Stripe. Refunds are made through Stripe to the payment method you used. Where the terms of sale shown at checkout or the law give you more rights than this page, those rights apply.

1. Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals. You can cancel at any time, online, in your account under Account → Plan and billing, or on link.com, where you can see and manage purchases made through Link. No reason or other formality is needed, and we confirm the cancellation by email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid — a month or a year — and you keep your paid plan until then. After that your account moves to the Free plan: your presentations stay published and the responses you collected stay available (Terms of use, section 12).

Cancelling is not the same as withdrawing. To get your money back within the first 14 days, use the right of withdrawal below.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you buy the paid plan.

Starting straight away. At checkout you can expressly ask us to start the paid features immediately, during the withdrawal period. If you do and then withdraw, you pay only for the part of the service provided until you told us you were withdrawing, and the rest is refunded. For example, if you withdraw on day 5 of a monthly plan, you pay for 5 days out of 30; if the first month was at the introductory half price, the 5 days are counted at that price. You lose the right of withdrawal only once the service has been provided in full.

Credit packs. You can withdraw from buying a credit pack within 14 days of buying it. If you have not used any credits from it, we refund the full price; if you have, we refund the share of the unused credits. The pack’s remaining credits are removed from your account when the refund is made.

How to withdraw. Before the 14 days are over:

  • use the “Withdraw from the contract here” button in your account under Account → Plan and billing, which is there throughout the withdrawal period, and confirm; or
  • send us a clear statement of your decision by email to help@jampres.com; or
  • send it by post to Dmitry Dontsov, Calle Rioja nº 13 1º C, C.P. 41001 Sevilla, España.

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days are over. We confirm receipt by email straight away, with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it.

Refund. We refund everything you paid, less any amount for the service provided, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. Stripe makes the refund to the payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and it costs you nothing.

3. Other refunds

  • Annual renewal. If you cancel within 14 days after an annual plan has renewed automatically, write to help@jampres.com and we refund the renewal payment, less the days used.
  • The Service does not work as described. If we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to end the contract and get a refund for the affected period.
  • Changes we make. If we change the Service, the Terms or the price in a way you do not accept, you can end the contract as described in the Terms of use, section 13, and get a refund of the unused part of what you prepaid.
  • We close your account for a reason that is not your fault: we refund the unused part of what you prepaid.

Other requests are considered case by case. The introductory discount on the first month can be used once per customer (Terms of use, section 8.3); a refund does not make it available again.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to help@jampres.com from the email address of your account and include the receipt or invoice number from the email you received after paying. You can also ask Link support about a payment through the link in that email.
