These Terms of use govern your use of JamPres, a web service for making presentations and websites with the help of artificial intelligence, available at jampres.com (the “Service”).
The Service is provided by Dmitry Dontsov, NIF Y6863460K, sole trader registered in Spain (“JamPres”, “we”, “us”). Full contact details are in the Legal notice.
Postal address: Calle Rioja nº 13 1º C, C.P. 41001 Sevilla, España.
Some sections apply only to consumers (people acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession) and some only to business customers; where that is the case, the section says so. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
1. The contract
1.1 How it is concluded. The contract is concluded when you create an account: by signing in for the first time with the link we email you or with Google, after being shown these Terms and our Privacy policy. A free account is a contract for the free Service. When you buy a paid plan, a purchase contract is also concluded with our reseller (section 9), and these Terms continue to govern your use of the Service.
1.2 Correcting errors. Before you confirm a purchase, you can review and correct your details on the order screen. You can change your account details at any time in your account.
1.3 Keeping a copy. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, and you can save or print it. We keep the version you accepted.
1.4 Languages. The contract can be concluded in English, Spanish, Russian, German, French or Swedish. All versions are equally valid.
1.5 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
1.6 Business customers. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms, and “you” means that organisation.
2. The Service
2.1 What it does. JamPres turns your text into a presentation using AI, lets you edit it, choose a design template, publish it as a web page that works as slides and as a website, add forms, polls and other interactive blocks, see statistics on how your published presentations are viewed, work on them together with others, and export them to PDF and PowerPoint. What is available to you depends on your plan (section 8).
2.2 Trying it without an account. You can make a first presentation without an account. It is kept for 7 days so that you can save it to an account; after that it is deleted.
2.3 Availability. We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Where reasonably possible, we announce planned maintenance in advance.
3. Your account
3.1 You must give accurate information and keep access to your email and to your Google account secure: anyone who can open the sign-in link we send can enter your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to protect it.
3.2 If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us straight away at help@jampres.com.
3.3 If you invite other people to work on a presentation, you decide what they can do (edit, comment or view) and you are responsible for whom you invite.
4. Your content
4.1 Ownership. You keep all rights you have in the content you upload, enter or create in the Service — text, images, files, fonts, data and the responses collected by your forms (“Your Content”). As between you and us, any rights in what the Service generates for you belong to you. We give no assurance that AI-generated material is protected by copyright, is unique to you or is free of third-party rights.
4.2 The licence you give us. So that we can run the Service, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, convert the format of and transform Your Content (for example to generate, edit, translate or export it) and, for presentations you choose to publish, to make it available to the public. We may pass these rights on only to the providers we use to run the Service (listed in our Privacy policy) and only for that purpose. The licence lasts while Your Content is stored in the Service and ends when you delete it or your account.
4.3 No training. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we use AI providers under terms that do not allow them to use it to train their models.
4.4 Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload Your Content and to publish it, including the rights to fonts and images you upload and to the text of pages whose links you paste, and that it complies with these Terms.
4.5 Our materials. The software, templates, themes, layouts and icons we provide remain ours or our licensors’. You may use them in the presentations you make with the Service, including after export, but you may not extract them, resell them or distribute them as separate assets.
4.6 Stock images and video. Images and videos inserted from stock libraries (such as Pexels) remain subject to the licence of their provider.
5. Published presentations, forms and statistics
5.1 Publishing. A published presentation can be opened by anyone who has its link. You can protect it with a password or ask viewers for their email address before they see it, and you can unpublish it at any time.
5.2 Forms and polls. For the personal data that viewers submit through your forms, and for the email addresses viewers enter to open your presentation, you are the controller and we process the data on your behalf as described in the Annex to these Terms. You must: identify yourself in the notice shown with the form; have a lawful basis for the processing; give respondents the information required by data protection law; ask for separate consent before using responses for marketing; and not use forms to collect passwords, payment card numbers, identity document numbers, health data or other special categories of personal data.
5.3 Statistics. Statistics about views of your published presentations are aggregated and pseudonymised: you see how many people opened a presentation, how far they got and where they came from, not who they are. Individual viewers are identified only when they have entered their email address to open a presentation that asks for it. Our Privacy policy explains how the statistics are produced.
5.4 Badge. On the Free plan, published presentations show a “Made with JamPres” badge. Paid plans can remove it.
6. Rules of use and moderation
6.1 What is not allowed. You may not use the Service to create, publish or collect:
- content that is illegal, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
- pages that imitate a login, payment or other page of another organisation, or that collect passwords or payment details (phishing), and malware or links to it;
- spam, chain messages or undisclosed advertising;
- content that sexualises minors, incites violence or hatred, harasses people or threatens them;
- images or video that falsely appear authentic and depict real people, places or events (deepfakes) without clearly saying that they are artificially generated;
- presentations that pretend to come from a person or organisation that did not make them.
You may also not: try to get around plan limits, AI usage limits or the introductory discount, for example by creating several accounts; overload, probe or attack the Service; or collect content from it by automated means, except through the export functions we provide.
6.2 How we moderate. We do not review content before it is published. We act on reports of illegal content and of breaches of section 6.1, and we may take our own measures against abuse such as phishing, malware or spam. Decisions to restrict content or accounts are taken by a person.
6.3 What we may do. Depending on how serious the breach is: hide specific content, unpublish a presentation, switch off a form, suspend or close an account. Our measures are proportionate and take into account the rights of everyone involved, including freedom of expression.
6.4 Statement of reasons. When we restrict your content or account, we tell you by email what we did and for how long, the facts and circumstances, whether we acted on a report, the legal ground or the section of these Terms we relied on, and how you can contest the decision.
6.5 Contesting a decision. Reply to our email or write to help@jampres.com and a person will review the decision again. You can also go to the competent courts.
6.6 Reporting content. Anyone can report content they consider illegal as described in the Legal notice.
7. AI features
7.1 Drafts, not facts. AI-generated text and suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and similar material may be generated for other people. Treat them as a draft: check them before you publish, share or rely on them.
7.2 Who processes your text. To generate and check presentations, we send your text and the parts of the presentation being worked on to the AI providers listed in our Privacy policy.
7.3 Labelling. Where the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) requires it, we mark generated content as artificially generated, for example in the data of published pages and exported files. You must not remove or alter such marks. If you use the Service professionally to publish deepfakes, or AI-generated text meant to inform the public on matters of public interest that no person has reviewed and taken editorial responsibility for, you must clearly say that the content is artificially generated.
7.4 Usage limits and credits. So that the Service stays available to everyone, AI features have daily usage limits. When you reach one, the feature works again the next day. AI features — creating and rebuilding slides, rewriting and translating text, importing a template, creating images — also use credits. A paid plan gives you credits every month; plan credits left at the end of the month do not carry over. On the Free plan, credits are given once and do not renew, including after a subscription ends. On paid plans you can add more with credit packs (section 8.2). How many credits an action uses is shown before you start it, and an action that fails uses none. We never charge you automatically for extra use.
7.5 AI images. You can create images from a text description. You can use the images you create like the rest of your content, within the rules in section 6: do not create images of real people without their consent, or images that copy protected works, trademarks or logos. Similar images may be generated for other people. Every image carries an invisible SynthID watermark that identifies it as generated by AI.
7.6 The assistant on the website. On the website's pages, questions are answered by the JamAI assistant, which is an AI. Its answers may be inaccurate and are not an offer or a promise: prices, conditions and your rights are set by these Terms, our Privacy policy and the pricing section of the website. If you leave your email, people from our team receive the question and reply to you by email.
8. Plans and prices
8.1 Plans. The Service is offered on the plans described in the pricing section of jampres.com — currently Free, Base, Pro and Enterprise — each with its own features and limits. The description shown when you buy or change a plan forms part of your contract. The Free plan has no time limit and is meant for getting to know the Service: on it you can have one presentation. The number of co-authors who can edit depends on your plan; commenters are not limited.
8.2 Credit packs. On paid plans you can buy packs of credits. A pack is a one-off purchase, not a subscription: it does not renew and nothing is charged again. Its credits are used after your plan’s monthly credits and can be used for 12 months from purchase; credits not used by then expire. A pack belongs to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. The number of credits and the price are shown before you pay.
8.3 Introductory discount. New customers can get the first month of a monthly paid plan at half price. The discount can be used once per customer — one person or organisation, however many accounts, email addresses or payment methods it uses. The price of the first month and the price from the second month on are shown before you pay.
8.4 Monthly and annual billing. Paid plans can be paid monthly or for a year in advance. A year costs less than twelve monthly payments; both prices are shown on the website and before you pay.
8.5 Prices exclude VAT. Prices are in euros and do not include VAT or other taxes. The tax that applies in your country is added and shown in full before you confirm payment. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number may be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
9. Payment
9.1 Reseller. Payments go through Stripe’s merchant of record service. The subscription or credit pack is sold to you by Link (Sold through Link, LLC), part of Stripe, as reseller: it takes the payment, charges the applicable tax, issues receipts and invoices and handles payment questions. The terms of sale shown at checkout also apply to your purchase; these Terms govern your use of the Service. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name.
9.2 Billing. Subscriptions are paid in advance for each period, monthly or annually, according to the option you choose.
9.3 Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. You keep your paid plan while it does and for 7 days after the last attempt. After that, your account moves to the Free plan as described in section 12.
10. Renewal and cancellation
10.1 Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for periods of the same length — one month or one year — until you cancel.
10.2 Before renewal. The date and amount of your next payment are always shown in your account under Account → Plan and billing. For annual plans, Stripe also emails you a reminder before each renewal.
10.3 How to cancel. You can cancel at any time, online and in as few steps as it took to subscribe: in your account under Account → Plan and billing, or on link.com. No reason or other formality is needed. We confirm the cancellation by email.
10.4 Effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep your paid plan until then. Cancelling does not affect your right of withdrawal or any refund you are entitled to — see Cancellation and refunds.
11. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving any reason. If you asked us to start the paid features straight away, you pay only for the days used and the rest is refunded. You can also withdraw from buying a credit pack within 14 days: if you have not used any of its credits, the full price is refunded; if you have, the share of the unused credits is refunded. How to withdraw, the deadlines and a model form are in Cancellation and refunds, which forms part of these Terms.
12. When a paid plan ends
If your paid plan ends — because you cancelled or a payment was not completed:
- your presentations stay in your account and stay published at their current address;
- the “Made with JamPres” badge appears again on published presentations;
- forms stop accepting new responses, and viewers see a neutral message that the form is closed;
- responses already collected stay available for you to view, export and delete;
- statistics keep counting views, and history is shown for the period your plan includes;
- you can edit and publish your presentations as before, but you cannot create a new one while you have one or more;
- co-authors above the number your plan includes become commenters, in order of invitation; on a suitable plan their rights are restored;
- no new free credits are given;
- PDF files download with the JamPres mark and PowerPoint files are no longer available, but all the data of your account, including your presentations, can still be downloaded as a single JSON file (section 15.1);
- credit packs you bought stay usable until they expire.
We do not delete your content because a paid plan has ended.
13. Changes
13.1 To the Service. We may change the Service for valid reasons: to comply with the law or a decision of an authority; for security; to reflect technical developments or changes in our providers’ services; to improve features; or to remove a feature that is rarely used. Changes are made at no extra cost to you. If a change affects your access to or use of the Service negatively in more than a minor way, we tell you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may end the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change, with a refund of the unused part of what you prepaid.
13.2 To prices. We may change the price of a plan with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your first renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies. The price of a period you have already paid does not change.
13.3 To these Terms. We may change these Terms for the reasons in section 13.1 or to make them clearer. We tell you about significant changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can end the contract before they apply and receive a refund of the unused part of what you prepaid.
14. Suspension, closure and deletion
14.1 By you. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, in your account under Account → Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and final: your presentations, publications, templates, fonts and the responses collected by your forms are deleted, so export anything you want to keep first (section 15). Copies in our backups disappear within 30 days.
14.2 By us. We may suspend or close your account only: for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms; if the law or an authority requires it; to prevent serious harm to other users, viewers or the Service, such as phishing, malware or fraud; or with at least 60 days’ notice if we stop providing the Service altogether. Except in urgent cases, we tell you in advance and give you the opportunity to put things right. We always give you a statement of reasons (section 6.4).
14.3 Refunds. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you prepaid.
15. Exporting your data and switching provider
15.1 At any time and free of charge you can download the responses collected by your forms as CSV files, and all the data of your account, including your presentations, as a single JSON file (Account → Profile → Download my data). You can download a presentation as a PDF file, on the Free plan with the JamPres mark; PDF files without the mark and PowerPoint files are part of the paid plans (section 8).
15.2 In line with the EU Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854), you can also ask us to help you move to another provider. Write to help@jampres.com: we will help for a transition period of up to 30 days, during which the Service keeps working, and your contract ends when the move is complete. After the contract ends, your data stays available for download for at least 30 days unless you delete it sooner. We charge nothing for this.
16. Liability
16.1 Consumers. We provide the Service in conformity with the contract and the law. If it does not conform, you have the remedies the law gives you, including having it brought into conformity, a price reduction or ending the contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.
16.2 Business customers. As far as the law permits: the Service is provided as described, without further warranties; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in that period. These limits do not apply to intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury.
16.3 Your part. You are responsible for Your Content, for checking AI-generated material before you rely on it (section 7.1), for how you use forms and the responses you collect, and for complying with the law in relation to them.
17. Law and disputes
17.1 These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country.
17.2 Consumers may take proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. For business customers, the courts of Seville, Spain, have exclusive jurisdiction.
17.3 Please write to us first at help@jampres.com — most issues can be resolved quickly. The complaints procedure is described in the Legal notice. We do not take part in alternative dispute resolution.
18. General
18.1 If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
18.2 If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it.
18.3 You may not transfer your contract without our consent. We may transfer it to whoever takes over the Service, provided your rights are not reduced; we will tell you in advance.
18.4 We contact you by email at the address of your account and by notices in the Service.

Annex. Processing personal data on your behalf
This Annex is the data processing agreement required by Article 28 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) for the personal data we process on your behalf. It forms part of these Terms.
A.1 Subject and duration. We process the personal data that viewers of your published presentations submit through your forms and polls, and the email addresses they enter to open presentations that ask for one, for as long as you use the Service and until the data is deleted under A.7.
A.2 Nature and purpose. Storing the data, showing it to you, sending you notifications about it, exporting it at your request and deleting it — only to provide the Service to you.
A.3 Data and people concerned. The data respondents and viewers enter (for example names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and answers), the time of submission and the consent text they were shown. The people concerned are viewers of your presentations and respondents to your forms.
A.4 Your instructions. We process the data only on your documented instructions — these Terms and the settings you choose in the Service — unless the law requires otherwise, in which case we tell you first unless the law forbids it. We tell you if we think an instruction infringes data protection law.
A.5 Confidentiality and security. Only people who need access to provide the Service have it, and they are bound by confidentiality. We protect the data with the measures described in our Privacy policy — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls in the database, backups — and we tell you without undue delay, and in any case within 48 hours, after becoming aware of a personal data breach that affects it.
A.6 Sub-processors. You authorise us to use the providers listed in our Privacy policy. We tell you by email at least 30 days before adding or replacing one that processes this data; if you object on reasonable grounds and we cannot address your objection, you may end the contract and receive a refund of the unused part of what you prepaid. We bind each provider to the same data protection obligations and remain responsible for them.
A.7 Assistance and deletion. You can view, export and delete the data at any time in the Service, which lets you respond to requests from the people concerned; we help you with such requests and with your obligations under Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR. When you delete the data, a presentation or your account, we delete the data, and copies in backups disappear within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep them.
A.8 Information and audits. We give you the information needed to show compliance with this Annex and allow reasonable audits, on 30 days’ written notice, at most once a year unless a breach or an authority requires otherwise.
