How long analytics is kept and how to export it

Free shows 30 days of views, Base 12 months, Pro 24. Exporting a selected period to CSV is on Pro.

From Base

How much history you see

PlanHistoryPeriods on the pageCSV export
Free30 days“7 days”, “30 days”no
Base12 monthsup to “Year”no
Pro24 monthsup to “Year”, compared with the previous yearyes

The longest period on the page is “Year” on every plan. On Pro you can compare it with the previous year: the metric cards show the change against the previous period of the same length whenever that period fits into the plan's history.

Views are kept for two years on every plan and deleted after that. Your plan decides how much of them you see: move from Free to Base and views older than 30 days open up. The depth follows the presentation owner's plan, and co-authors see the same as the owner.

How to export to CSV

  1. Open analytics. In the “Presentations” list, click the presentation and go to the “Analytics” tab.
  2. Pick a period. “7 days”, “30 days”, “90 days” or “Year” — the file covers that period.
  3. Click “Export CSV”. The button sits next to the periods, and the file downloads right away.

The file has the same numbers as the page: the summary, “By day”, “By slide”, “By site section”, “Sources”, “Devices” and “Countries”. If the page was opened through the email gate, it ends with “Who watched (entered an email)”: email, name, visits, time and the slide the viewer reached. The file opens in Excel and Google Sheets with all characters intact.

On Free and Base, the “Export CSV” button carries the PRO label: clicking it opens the window for moving to Pro.

Leads from forms are exported separately, on any plan — see How to export leads to CSV.
