What AI models receive
A Scaleway model in France drafts presentations. Google Gemini models check a presentation against your text, draw AI images and answer in the support chat; they process data in the US and other countries. The models get only the text being worked on and the image description.
We don't train models on your content, and our contracts with providers don't allow them to either. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How data is protected
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited in the database itself: everyone sees only what they're entitled to. Backups are made regularly. Images and fonts used in presentations sit at public addresses that can't be guessed, so that published pages can show them. Card details never reach us: Stripe takes the payment.
Leads and viewers
Form leads are stored in the same place, in the EU. The author of a publication is responsible for viewers' data, and we process it on the author's behalf. Published pages set no cookies. How a form asks for consent is covered in form consent.
How long data is kept
As long as the account exists, or until you delete the data yourself. After you delete the account, the data also disappears from backups within 30 days; only what the law requires, such as accounting records, is kept longer.
