Choose a pack
There are three packs: 3,000 credits for €5, 10,000 for €15 and 30,000 for €40. Prices exclude VAT. Packs are on paid plans; on Free you see the BASE label instead. You can buy a pack in “Account” → “Plan and billing”, in the “Buy more:” row, or in the “Credits” window in the left panel.
Pay
Click a pack button, such as “3,000 credits · €5”, to open the Stripe checkout page; your country's tax is added there. After paying you come back to the same page, and the pack credits appear in a few seconds. The receipt arrives by email.
How pack credits are spent
Your plan's monthly credits are spent first, then the pack. A pack lasts a year from purchase: it keeps working after you cancel a subscription. Unused plan credits don't carry over to the next month; what's left in a pack stays until it expires.

Ran out in the middle of work?
The “You're … credits short” window offers the packs right there. After paying you come back to the same place with everything kept.
You can withdraw from buying a pack within 14 days — write to help@jampres.com. If you haven't used any credits from it, we refund the full price; if you have, the share of the unused credits.
